A rising freshman at Pella High School is heading to New York City for two weeks to learn from musical theatre professionals in a selective program. Goldie Feldman is attending The Institute for American Musical Theatre for its Summer Intensive program. Feldman says she’ll be learning a wide range of techniques related to acting, vocals, choreography, and dancing, in several musical theater genres. Goldie will be a member of Pella Forte this coming fall season and intends to participate in musicals when they come up her sophomore and senior years.
