A Greene County teenager was recently sentenced after an assault took place in Warren County in 2024.

According to court documents, 18-year-old Camden Strennen of Jefferson and 18-year-old Kendal Griffin of Rippey assaulted a victim in Milo that caused a concussion, multiple facial fractures, severe blood loss and an MCL tear in the victim’s left knee.

Arrest warrants were issued for the teens earlier this year charging the pair with willful injury-causing serious injury, a class C felony, and assault-causing bodily injury or mental illness, a serious misdemeanor.

Strennen has been sentenced to five years for Willful Injury resulting in Bodily Injury, and one year for Assault Causing Mental Illness, to be run concurrently. Griffin pleaded guilty to the same charges, and will have a sentencing hearing on August 18th.
