This week’s Thursdays in Pella activities, with the theme Ag in the City, were cancelled due to the threat of severe weather in the area. 

While most of the activities planned today have been cancelled, the Lil’ Miss Firecracker and Mr. America contest will still take place at the Pella Memorial Building tonight at 6 pm. The theme of the final four Thursdays in Pella in July include Milestone Mania on the 10th, Recreation Nation on the 17th, Wild West on the 24th, and Creature Feature on the 31st. There will be no festivities on July 3rd in observance of Independence day.
