The Indianola softball and baseball teams will complete their Little Hawkeye Conference schedule tonight with single game matchups with the Eagles of Pella Christian. The Indianola softball team swept Pella Christian on the road winning 18-1 and 10-0, and are trying to get back on track after dropping five of their last six games to ranked Waukee Northwest, Dallas Center-Grimes, and Norwalk. The baseball team also swept the Eagles winning 16-5 and 11-1, and with a win would win the outright conference title after clinching at least a share on Wednesday in a doubleheader sweep over Norwalk.
The softball game can be heard live on 92.1 KRLS with Clayton Sampon on the call, while baseball can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA with Andrew Swadner doing the play-by-play. Pregame coverage begins for both broadcasts at 6:45pm.
