
Warren County Health Services wants to remind residents who may be eating outside during the Fourth of July holiday weekend to keep in mind multiple safety tips. Tips include to keep cold food cold at 40 degrees or lower to prevent bacterial growth, keep coolers closed, and clean your produce by rinsing them off before eating. When grilling meat, grill the food to the appropriate temperature and to not eat food after it’s been left outside for a significant amount of time. Find more information below.
