****UPDATE: Tonight’s Events at the Lake Red Rock Balloonfest are cancelled (7/11/2025)****

The 14th Annual Lake Red Rock Balloonfest kicks off today with entertainment, food stands, activities, and more returning to North Overlook Beach through Sunday. 

Balloonfest will begin with live music by SilverTrak at 6 pm tonight, followed by the opening balloon launch at 6:30 pm and the balloon night glow at 9 pm. Festivities on Saturday begin with the morning balloon launch at 6:30 am, before the annual 5K/10K FUNdraiser run/walk benefiting local high school cross country takes place at 8 am. Kids activities will be held on the beach from 3-5 pm and food and t-shirt vendors will be available at 3 pm. Live Music by The Sheet will take place from 6-10 pm on Saturday, with the evening balloon lunch starting at approximately 6:30 pm and balloon night glow and boat parade starting around 9 pm. Balloonfest will conclude on Sunday with the morning balloon launch at 6:30 am.
