A Knoxville man has been charged with stalking and burglary for alleged incidents recently in Pella. According to court documents, 54-year-old Gary Lee Galvin is accused of entering the backseat of a locked car without permission, while violating a previous no-contact order on two separate occasions while doing so. The Pella Police Department claims his shoes were found in the vehicle after vacating, and entered the car with the intent of stalking the victim. He’s charged with a Class C felony and aggravated misdemeanor.
