An open house will be held to celebrate the newly renovated Pella High School football stadium in August. The Pella Athletic Booster Club is holding an event on Saturday, August 9th from 6 to 10 p.m., which includes photo opportunities with fall sports athletes, games on the field, food at the concession stand, and stadium and press box tours. A movie will be showing at 8 p.m. that evening as well. A silent auction is also scheduled for a VIP Parking Pass, press box patio seating at home football games, and autographed memorabilia. Donations will be accepted, and proceeds from the August 9th celebration will go toward the Pella High School Weight Room renovation.
