Pella Regional Health Center announced that Patient Care Technician Ella Johnson is the recipient of the quarterly ROSE Award. The ROSE Award is a rewards program for Patient Care Technicians. ROSE is an acronym for Recognition of Service Excellence. Recipients of the ROSE award demonstrate excellence through their compassionate care, outstanding communication skills, and clinical expertise.

“The patient was so pleased and blessed by Ella’s kindness to her grandkids. This family has been through a lot in the last week. Ella took the extra time to bring the kids a basket of things.
