Kelsey Karter & The Heroines have been announced as the Nos Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals Kick-Off Concert Headliner.

The concert will be held in downtown Knoxville on the east side of the square on Tuesday. Three different bands will be playing in a block party style event as a way to kick-off Knoxville Nationals week. Music will start with Nine Miles North at 4:00 pm, John McClain and The Jefferson County Green Band will play at 6:00 pm, and the headliner act will start at 8:30 pm. A&P Pub will have drinks and food available for purchase during the event.
