The Indianola girls tennis team makes their fall debut today as they host the Waukee Warriors. The Indians lost a significant senior class with extensive varsity experience from last spring, but head coach Nathan Liston says there is a lot of competition with returning JV and varsity athletes from last year ready to fill in those spots.

“We are very fortunate, we have a large senior class this year that was either top JV or some varsity experience. And they are stepping up and ready to play. A huge plus for us is Emily Allen was a junior last year, so she is back for her senior year in our #1 spot, so it’s always nice when you have your top player at your #1 coming back.”
