The Twin Cedars Volleyball Squad will get its first look at another uniform next Saturday as the Sabers head to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont for a preseason scrimmage. Coach Shelby Miller has been stressing serve/receive in preseason and how to be more aggressive.

Miller: “Really been pressing to the girls that we need to serve an aggressive ball over the net. Serve/receive has been a big point to stress this first week and I want to see a couple of line ups to see what girls are going to fit in.”

That was one thing that was lacking at times for Twin Cedars. Last season the Sabers had a team serve efficiency of 89%. Twin Cedars will get the regular season started on August 26th against East Union.
