The Indianola boys golf team begins their season today, while the girls tennis team continues their busy start to the season hosting a triangular.

The boys golf team heads to the Briarwood Golf Club in Ankeny for the Jesse Peck Invitational. The boys are coming off of a state qualifying performance from last season, and will be joined by some of the top teams in the state including the host Ankeny Hawks and Ankeny Centennial Jaguars, in addition to Little Hawkeye Conference rivals Norwalk and Dallas Center-Grimes. Action starts at noon.

The Indianola girls tennis team hosts the Urbandale J-Hawks at 9am, then the Des Moines Lincoln Railsplitters at 1pm, with the J-Hawks and Railsplitters playing in between. The Indians are off to a 1-2 start to the season.
