The Knoxville City Council will consider a site plan for a new Casey’s store at their meeting tonight

The new Casey’s will be located at 1600 S Lincoln St., which will replace the old Knoxville Veterinary Clinic. With the potential new Casey’s, the council will also hold a public hearing and consider rezoning the property to C-2 General Commercial. Also at the meeting, the council will hold a public hearing and consider rezoning of 202 E Washington St., hear a mayoral reading of a National Water and Wastewater Workers Week Proclamation, and consider a resolution in support of a Rural Innovation Housing Grant to be submitted to the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) by the City  on behalf of the Knoxville Preservation Foundation for a Housing Project in Knoxville. 

Tonight’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
