One goal the Knoxville Volleyball Squad is looking at this season is winning back the South Central Conference title. The Panthers saw the conference title go to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont. With the Shaffer Twins gone to UNI, the SCC looks to be up for grabs this season. Panthers Coach Mollie Keitges tells KNIA/KRLS hopes it comes back to Knoxville.

Keitges: “The South Central can go to anyone. We’d like to think we’re a team everyone is gunning for. Davis County looks good, I saw them a few times this summer, but I think the South Central Conference title can come home this year.”

Knoxville finished with one loss in the conference last season. The Panthers will get the season underway at the Carlisle Quad on August 25th. The South Central Conference opener may be the conference title match on September 2nd against Davis County.
