The Pleasantville football team will see five new opponents in 2025.

The Trojans will play Lynnville-Sully and Pella Christian in non-district games which are both teams they played last year. In their new 2025 and 2026 district Pleasantville will also play Interstate 35 who they played last season but will then see five new opponents in Mount Ayr, West Marshall, Ogden, West Central Valley, and Panorama. Ogden, West Central Valley, and Panorama are both teams in the Trojans conference for other sports but Pleasantville has never faced Ogden in the Bound era for football and hasn’t played West Central Valley and Panorama since 2011. The Trojans last played Mount Ayr in 2020 and have never played West Marshall in the Bound era.

The Trojans will kick off their 2025 season on August 29th at Lynnville-Sully.
