Looking to build upon the momentum of a successful season last fall, the Pella Christian volleyball team is preparing for the start of the 2025 next week.

The Eagles open the season at the Skip Anderson Invitational hosted by Bondurant-Farrar on Saturday, August 30th. Pella Christian then opens Little Hawkeye Conference play on Tuesday, September 2nd at Oskaloosa, and will host their first conference game on September 9th against Newton. In addition to the Skip Anderson Invitational, the Eagles will compete in five other regular season tournaments, including hosting a quadrangular on Thursday, September 4th. Other tournaments Pella Christian will compete in this season will be hosted by Des Moines Christian on September 18th, Grinnell on September 25th, Grand View Christian on October 6th, and Knoxville on October 18th. Head Coach Andrea Kacmarynski says that she feels like the schedule has come together well for the Eagles, and will have them well tested ahead of postseason play.

“I like the way it’s set up for us right now. We’re excited about our lineup and our order of who we’re going to be playing. So, we’re excited and we’re going to get a lot of confidence through that play as well, so it’s looking really good.”
