The #2 in 1A Pella girls tennis team kicked off a busy stretch in the middle of the new fall season with a 9-2 victory over North Polk. The Dutch would have swept the Comets in the state scoring format, and the day was highlighted by Abby Hietbrink knocking off #10 ranked singles player Harika Cakinberk. Pella is back in action today at home vs. Indianola.
