
Nominations are open at Pella Corporation for the Joan Kuyper Farver Spirit Awards. Jessica Klyn de Novelo says as part of their 100th Anniversary, Pella Corporation is expanding the Joan Kuyper Farver Spirit Award to recognize even more ways their caring culture comes to life.
This year, $100,000 in one-time grants will be awarded to nonprofits through four categories:
Team Member Award
Immediate Family Member Award
Retiree Award
Site Award for manufacturing location with greatest increase in Volunteer Recognition Program participation
The 2024 Spirit Award winner was Pella’s Stacy De Jong, who was selected to have her $25,000 grant go to Journey Up Mentoring for Pella for Kids. Learn more about the Spirit Awards, including eligibility requirements for each category, here.
Honorees will direct a grant to the nonprofit of their choice. Winners will be recognized at the Spirit Award celebration on Nov. 11th. Hear more about the process next week on Let’s Talk pella. Nominations are due on August 29th.
