The 2025 sprint car season will come to an end tonight at the Knoxville Raceway with Season Championship Night. There really is not any drama with the points races at the top with two of the three already clinched. J Kinder clinched the Pro Sprints title in mid July after the last race for that class, and Tasker Phillips clinched the 360 points after the weekly show on July 26th. That leaves only Austin McCarl to show up to clinch the 410 title. There will be a few drivers in the top ten either absent tonight or in different cars. Kerry Madsen was tabbed as the replacement at the Tony Stewart Racing Car after they parted ways with Donny Schatz following the Knoxville Nationals. Brian Brown, who was injured during the Nationals is still recovering from a broken wrist and will not race tonight. Nationals Winner Ryan Timms is scheduled to race in Montana at an ASCS Show and Jack Anderson announced via his Facebook Page this week that he will be driving the TKS Motorsports car subbing for the injured Ian Madsen. Anderson drove that car last week to a top ten in Lakeside Speedway last week. Live coverage is on KNIA with Live Track Side at 5:00 and Race Nights Live at 7:00.
