The Pella Area Community and Economic Alliance announced public input sessions as part of a new comprehensive plan for the community.
The campaign is called Pella 2050 and aims to be an information gathering process ahead of a new city comprehensive plan, which was last updated in 2014.
Confluence, a consultant that specializes in the process, will host two pop-up events to get the word out on the plan update, promote the September 18th workshop, and to seek input on the plan.
The upcoming in-person sessions are at the Pella Farmers Market today from 4 to 7 p.m. and at Fab Foodie Fridays on the Klokkenspel Plaza next Friday, September 5th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
A public input session will be held on Thursday, September 18th at the Pella Community Center, starting at 5:30 p.m.
