The Knoxville Alumni Association has concluded their first summer concert series.
Ken Locke Stadium, otherwise known as “The Locke”, hosted three concerts over the summer to help the alumni association continue their fundraising efforts for the restoration and renovation of the stadium. The final concert was held Saturday night, which featured country music artist Jason Brown, along with The Punching Pandas and Fret Noise. Earlier in the summer there were concerts from Lucas Beebe and Happy Endings. The alumni association is fundraising to turn the former football stadium into a multi-purpose community venue featuring a two story community center.
