The Pella Community School District is partnering with Grundmeyer Leader Services to begin the search for a new superintendent for the 2026–27 school year, following the retirement of Greg Ebeling.

District administration invite families to share feedback on the qualities and priorities they value in the next leader. The input will help guide the school board as they make this important decision.

The survey is anonymous, unless participants choose to provide a name, and will remain open through Saturday, September 21. Find the link here.
