The ranked Pella cross country teams will hold their first home meet of the year this Saturday at Central College.

Several ranked teams are making their way to take on the #1 in 3A Dutch girls and #2 in 3A boys, including ADM (#7 3A boys), Baxter (#15 1A boys), Collins-Maxwell (#12 1A girls), English Valleys (#9 1A girls) Gilbert (#1 3A boys, #12 3A girls), Lynnville-Sully (#18 1A boys, #6 1A girls), and Pella Christian (#17 2A boys, #11 2A girls). Platte County, Missouri, is also traveling to Pella — the team had both boys and girls at the Missouri State Cross Country meet last fall.

Racing begins at 9 a.m. with the girls, followed by the boys — all runners in attendance will participate in just the two races at Central College Saturday morning.
