Later this week, Newton Main Street and the Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce will be moving into the same brand-new office space on the upper floor of the First Newton National Bank. The bank is on the northeast corner of Newton’s square at 100 North 2nd Avenue West. Both organizations say the move is an important step towards strengthening collaboration, expanding resources, and creating new opportunities for stakeholders and members of both organizations and the community. Additionally, Newton Main Street Executive Director Erin Yeager and Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kaylea Marchant say the new location provides a better space for workshops, roundtable discussions, and collaborative projects. They also note the move will not change the organizations’ phone numbers or emails.

A Grand Opening Open House and Ribbon-Cutting for the new combined office is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
