The Pella City Council is holding a pair of public hearings for a new housing development at their meeting this evening. A resolution would establish an urban renewal area for the Fox Ridge development. The first reading of an ordinance to establish at tax increment financing district is also part of the hearing. A separate resolution sets up a development agreement between the City of Pella and Dingeman Concrete Construction for the development, which includes 11 lots for multi-family housing units.
