Marion County School Election candidates will be finalized today.

The filing window opened on August 25th and closed Thursday.  Two city council seats in Knoxville and the mayor are up for reelection in 2025 and two school board members in Knoxville are up for reelection as well. Knoxville voters will also vote on a bond issue relating to a new elementary school. 

In Pella, three seats are up for election, including an At-Large spot and in Wards 1 and 3. Find details about the Pella City Council election here. Three Pella School Board seats are up for election, including one seat in District 1, one seat in District 2, and an At Large spot.
