The Twin Cedars Football Squad will take on Baxter tonight. The Sabers are coming off a 68-0 loss to Southeast Warren last Friday and look to even their record on the season. Twin Cedars gave up 216 yards on the ground last week and hope to decrease that number against the Bolts. Baxter had heavy graduation losses from last season but are led by quarterback Stadan Vansice, who has 723 yards on passing and running the ball. Saber Coach Michael Duschen tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he is confident he team can rise to the occasion and realize their potential.
Duschen: “I really believe in the team we have here at Twin Cedars and they really haven’t realized how good they can be. Baxter is going to be a tough opponent but we’re going to be ready for them.”
Kick off is set for 7:00.
