The annual Indianola Public Safety Open House is October 9th at 5:30pm. The event spreads awareness of fire safety tips during Fire Prevention week and offers a chance to meet public safety personnel from Indianola and Warren County. Activities include a K9 demonstration, kids and adults can help paint a police squad car, explore the Fire Department’s safety trailer, and watch a live fire extinguisher demonstration. The Indianola Noon Lions will be on location grilling hot dogs and providing food for the event.
