An Oskaloosa man accused of sexual abuse in Marion County has pled not guilty. According to court records, 29-year-old Derrick David Ritenour faces three counts of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, all Class C felonies. Ritenour is accused of inappropriately touching a minor on multiple occasions at a rural Pella home between December 1st, 2020, and January 31st, 2021. He filed a written plea of not guilty and has denied the accusations. A pretrial conference has been scheduled in October.
