A possible change to the graduation night is on the agenda of the Pella School Board at their meeting Monday evening. If approved, the long-standing tradition of a Friday commencement ceremony will move to Saturday, and will be held at the Pella High School football stadium, which was recently renovated to increase capacity. The Pella School Board will also consider contract completions related to the stadium renovation and Pella Middle School parking lot expansion, review the National FFA Convention proposal, and look at potentially adding paid coaches to the recently added Pella Middle School baseball program. Prior to action items, the board will receive a presentation from Grundmeyer Leadership Services about the Superintendent Survey Report. Find the rest of the agenda here.
