twin-cedars-4

The Twin Cedars Volleyball Squad lost to Moravia three sets to none on Thursday 25-15, 25-6, and 25-9. Sage Hoksbergen had eight digs, four assists, two aces, and one solo block while M.J. Smith had four kills. Twin Cedars is now 9-20 and will travel to arch-rival Melcher-Dallas on Tuesday. The Twin Cedars Football Squad will welcome Wayne into Saber Stadium tonight. Twin Cedars had its chances last week against Seymour in a 52-40 loss but could not cash in on opportunities. Coach Michael Duschen tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he wants his team to bring the energy tonight.

Duschen: “We have to come out with energy and ready to go. Anything can happen, and we’ll be out there ready to roll.”

Wayne is very run heavy, already churning up over 1500 yards on the ground which makes the Falcons the #1 rushing team in the state in eight-man. Kick-off tonight is set for 7:00.
