
A public hearing to receive bids for sanitary sewer improvements related to the Pella Indoor Recreation Center was held and a resolution was approved by the Pella City Council at their meeting Tuesday evening. The $1.1 million project was moved up to accommodate the ongoing construction project ahead of the expansion of University Street east. Another public hearing on the agenda was held for a ground lease related to Pella Municipal Airport hangars and Vermeer Corporation, which was also approved, as was the first reading of an ordinance related to off-road utility vehicle operation in the Pella City Limits. That was ultimately adopted.

– Revisions to the Solicitation Ordinance
– Partnerships with Marion County
