The Indianola School Board met in regular session Monday evening. The board approved a petition to the School Budget Review Committee for Special Education Funds and for ESL Education Funds, received the year end Treasurer’s Report, and the purchase of district P-Cards, which are used to purchase items for the district with a greater restriction than credit cards.

The board also reviewed Phase II of the Indianola High School Building Project, which includes the competition gym, wrestling room, weight room, locker rooms, and additional classroom space. The board approved a reallocation of funds from Phase I, in addition to an additional $135,000.

The board also heard reports from the board curriculum, finance, facilities, and policy committee meetings.
