Norwalk Community High School held its first collegiate signing day of the 2025-2026 school year on Wednesday as six senior student-athletes signed letters of intent.

Taylor Hanrahan signed with the University of Kansas to join the women’s rowing team next fall. Three others will play women’s soccer: Tatum Miller at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida; Paige Nichols at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska; and Elise Laman at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. Hannah Overholser signed with Simpson College in Indianola to play women’s basketball and Dani Peters will join the softball team at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge.
