City Manager Heather Ussery says four items will now need to be re-bid in January.
“We recommended moving forward with six of those which means rebidding of four of those packages. The four packages that will be rebid are plumbing, HVAC, site improvement work and then electrical so in January we will move forward with rebidding those four.”
The project is expected to break ground this spring. Hear more from Ussery on today’s Let’s Talk Knoxville.
