Funeral services for Fred R. Parker Jr, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10th at Overton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will be held at the Wallace Cemetery in Wick, following services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Fred’s final wishes were that his friends and family support either Kiya Koda Humane Society of Indianola or UnityPoint Hospice of Des Moines.
