Knoxville Police Chief Aaron Fuller tells KNIA/KRLS that Babcock has done a great job with the program and has built strong relationships in the community.
“He has done a great job of setting up that program and rolling with it while making sure everything is squared away. He has already made a huge impact in the community. People are already calling and asking for him which we were told would happen. He is just doing a great job, he has a great rapport with people who are in crisis often.”
