
The City of Indianola has seen extensive staffing changes over the last calendar year, including a new city manager, fire chief, police chief, public works director, community and economic development director, and more.
Indianola Mayor Steve Richardson tells KNIA News he commends the staff that wore a lot of hats during a transitional time earlier this year, and he wanted the public to know the hard work the council members have done to get acquainted with their positions, despite many having less than four years of experience in city government.
