A large focus over the course of 2025 for Warren County Emergency Management was not only assisting in training for the individual emergency departments across the county, but training in the event of multiple agencies responding to an emergency. Warren County Emergency Management Coordinator Miranda Chadwick tells KNIA News getting schedules lined up for the group training is difficult, but we have a great group of first responders in the area.

“So we actually did a county-wide exercise this year with the fire department, the sheriff’s department, and several of the police departments as well, and it revolved around The Village having a mass evacuation out there. So we brought in fire departments from all around the county that participated and provided mutual aid, and got to see how that response would go.”
