The Knox Collective welcomed 63 new households to Knoxville in 2025.

The Collective is a new welcoming initiative, in which new residents receive a Knoxville starter kit that includes Knoxville merchandise, business coupons, and information about the community. Sundance Realty realtors Sara Roberts and Hannah Vander Veer helped start the Knox Collective as a way to  make connections with new residents.

Local businesses can partner with the Collective through sponsorships to make the welcome baskets, before they are delivered. The company connects with local listing agencies and employers in town to be able to connect with new residents. 

To qualify for a basket you have to live within 15 miles of Knoxville and have moved here in the last two years.
