The City of Knoxville announced that they saw a record breaking $25 Million in private investment in 2025.

2025 was a landmark year for the city, which included new housing, expanded tourism, and business growth to help shape the future of the community. Some milestones achieved last year included the completion of the Dennis Albaugh Suite Tower, a new Marion County Bank branch, Kwik Star wrapping up construction, a new Domino’s Pizza opening, the opening of the new Leighton State Bank branch building, and continued development and new housing coming to the Veterans District.
