The Pella Community Food Shelf is bringing back its Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser in 2026. The non-profit organization hosted their first partnership with the program in 2025, and raised over $13,000 dollars as part of the event. The Coldest Night of the Year is an annual, family-friendly walk/run fundraiser hosted in locations across the United States and Canada. The Pella Food Shelf is once again hosting a local event on Saturday, February 28th. The event is a fundraising walk to support awareness of hunger. Find out more here.
