Coming off its biggest win of the season and the first time being tested this season, the Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad gets another test Monday night at Pella. The Panthers had a coming out party against the Dutch last season, beating Pella for the first time in the series since 2006. Pella has just one loss this season, which was a 12 point setback to Waukee on December 20th, while the Panthers are 6-0. Like Friday’s game against MOC Floyd Valley, Knoxville Coach Joel Keady tells KNIA/KRLS Sports this is another chance to play a quality opponent, and know Pella will give his team every challenge it wants.
Keady: “Pretty much the same Pella team you see every year, they play unselfishly, loads of talent, and you just have to have a game plan and hope it’s the best game plan for 32:00.”
The girls game will precede the boys, you can listen to the double header live on 95.3 KNIA with the pregame starting at 5:45.
