Despite scoring 81 points, the Twin Cedars Boys basketball Squad gave up 87 in a six point loss to Collins/Maxwell on Thursday. Both teams were on fire in the first half making three point shots look like layups as the Sabers held a 48-42 lead at the break. Both team’s shooting cooled off a bit in the 2nd half but the Spartans caught fire in the 4th quarter draining three three point baskets in the final 2:00 to stretch the lead. Kaden Kloster led three players for the Sabers in double figures with 24 points while Gavin Clark had 20 and Blayke Pettyjohn scored 13. Twin Cedars will head to Moulton-Udell tonight.
