The Jasper County Board of Supervisors approved four pay plans and some board re-appointments during their regular meeting on Tuesday. 

Five-Step Pay Plans effective July 1st of this year through June 30th, 2027 were approved for Salaried Non-Department Head and Hourly Non-Bargaining employees, as well as Courthouse, Maintenance, Elderly Nutrition, and Sheriff’s Office personnel. The approved re-appointments were recommended by County Supervisor Brandon Talsma.

“I would make the motion to re-appoint Toni Peska, Dr. Rebecca Smith, and Tracy Cross to the Animal Review Board for a two-year term. I would make the motion to re-appoint Dr. Patrick Edwards as Medical Examiner. Then I would make the motion to re-appoint Mike Balmer and Duane Rozendaal as Medical Examiner Investigators.”

The re-appointments all received unanimous approval.
