A Knoxville man has been charged with felony possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act along with a sex offender registry violation.
According to court records, on January 12th law enforcement conducted a forensic examination of 18-year-old Sloan Vodochodsky’s cellular device, in which there were digital images and video that were recovered. Those photos allegedly contained sexual images of Vodochodsky and there was a video of a juvenile female performing a sexual act. The criminal complaint states that Vodochodsky admitted to receiving, possessing, and viewing the images and videos, which are classified as child sexual abuse material.
Vodochodsky is also a registered sex offender in the State of Iowa and he had allegedly been residing within 2000 feet of an Iowa registered daycare, and is accused of having several internet accounts that were not registered with the Iowa Sex Offender Registry Database. Vodochodsky is charged with possession depiction of a minor in a sex act first offense, a Class D Felony, and a sex offender residency and registration violation along with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors which are all misdemeanors.
