Simpson College has officially set a date of February 20th to cut the ribbon on a brand new 10,000 square foot gymnastics facility, located on the north end of campus. The $2.8 million venue was completely funded by donors and will serve as the practice and competition facility for women’s and men’s gymnastics, while also providing opportunities for external groups to use the state-of-the-art facility. The Storm Women will begin competing in the new space today while the first men’s competition will be Saturday, January 24th.
