The Indianola City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will consider the approval of a liquor license renewal for Desi Liquor, doing business as Spirits World. They will also consider approving Amendment Number 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, Inc. for the South C Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements, a resolution authorizing a memorandum of an agreement with Mid-Iowa Planning Alliance for the EECBG Project Administration, and a resolution approving roughly $88,300 in to Vanderpool Construction for the final project acceptance, as well as the release of retainage for the East Hillcrest Avenue Reconstruction Project, which is from North 4th Street to North 14th Street.

The council will then enter a closed session and evaluate the professional competency of an individual requesting a closed session, and discuss strategy with legal counsel in matters that are where litigation is imminent and where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the government.
