Pella Corporation held its grand opening of the Pella Corporation Wellness Center, powered by Premise Health, on Tuesday morning.

The healthcare facility is designed to provide team members and their families with convenient, high-quality care. Located on Washington Street, the wellness center will serve approximately 2,500 team members in the Pella area, along with their spouses and children. Services include primary care, pediatrics, care management, care navigation, behavioral health support, and an on-site pharmacy. The center also offers 24/7 virtual care, helping ensure continuity of care for employees and their families. Total Rewards Communications Manager at Pella Corporation Meredith Gallivan says the center, as well as the partnership with Premise Health, is part of their long-term strategy to improve wellbeing and enhance the care experience.

“The partnership with Premise Health is a fantastic one. Premise is a nationwide leader in standalone and on site clinics, and we’re really excited to be able to partner with them to bring an advanced primary care model to our team members. So it’s not just for a sick visit or a doctor’s appointment, when team members and their families visit, they are getting wrap around care. That includes things like their annual exams, mental health support, an on-site pharmacy, amongst a number of other things.”
